About Us

Specialized Staffing & Recruiting Experts in the Greater Boston Area

Our Story & Mission

Roessel Joy was founded in Boston in March 2018 by Jonas Roessel and Chris Joy, two former Fortune 500 VP level staffing professionals.

The pair saw inefficiencies in the widely accepted staffing service model, and realized an opportunity to better serve the Greater Boston Market.

Utilizing innovative technologies, including the power of AI and automation, Roessel Joy has streamlined the recruiting process, allowing their team more time for face-to-face interaction with both clients and candidates – the fundamental cornerstone of our industry.

With a nearly a decade of experience from “The Big 4 of Staffing” to smaller white glove boutiques, Roessel Joy offers a unique perspective into the nuances of the ever-changing Boston job arena. With uncertainty perhaps the only constant in the economy, it is crucial to have a trusted advisor through bull and bear markets. Roessel Joy’s distinct experience positions us to offer a transformative approach to modern day employment challenges.

Roessel Joy is an established partner to clients ranging from Pre-Revenue to $10B+ Publicly Traded companies, offering direct-hire and interim/consulting finance and accounting services. We pride ourselves on a commitment to excellence, transparent and honest communication, and a consultative, problem solving approach.
