Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model provides comprehensive support in the hiring process for businesses. Our Process

Phase 1 - Client Strategy Planning

In phase 1 of our RPO process, you’ll meet with our executive team to develop high-level strategy and branding. Atlas will hold individual meetings with hiring managers and get a deeper sense of understanding your needs including employee benefits, perks and onboarding requirements.

Phase 2 - Talent Sourcing, Marketing Efforts

In phase 2 of our RPO process, Atlas will deploy consistent branding strategies for a positive candidate experience from the onset. Atlas’s local branding specialist will create a Public Relations campaign to attract the best talent and enter the marketplace with a positive impression.

Phase 2 - Continued

Further, within phase 2, Atlas will use our existing database of 100,000+ candidates and capitalize on search engine capabilities to source candidates with certain experience or skills that would otherwise not be looking to apply. We then will use our facilitation of hiring events, utilize our relationships with local universities for job fairs, and internal event planning to ensure seamless hiring fairs.

Phase 3 - Applicant Management

Our in-depth applicant management process will ensure that we are delivering the top candidates to you. We phone screen clients to determine if they are someone we want to represent, then video or in-person interview (we meet with every single candidate/client we work with) to eliminate no-shows or ghosting, understanding culture fit, and personality. Then we clear them on the job specifically, ask for references and ensure this is the type of person fit for the role. Then we submit them to the Account Rep for client consideration and follow up for updates, interview prep and answering any questions that may arise.

Phase 4 - Offer to Hire Pipeline

Lastly, in our fifth phase of the RPO process, we facilitate credentialing responsibilities, and on-boarding responsibilities, as well as managing all new hire engagement, and facilitating first-day orientation materials and procedures. This ensures the placements enter your team with ease swiftly and efficiently.
