Roessel Joy Expands with NEW Management Consulting Division
Roessel Joy is thrilled to announce the launch of its new division, Management Consultants! This strategic move will offer clients an addition of specialized management consulting, aiming to provide comprehensive talent solutions as well as financial and accounting guidance and direction to clients.
Heading this new division is Micah Gregory, who has worked in recruiting and business development within finance and accounting, as well as healthcare for over five years. Micah believes his experience in the recruiting field and three specific years in finance and accounting will provide a great base to expand the Roessel Joy brand into Management consulting opportunities for both clients and candidates in the Boston area.
Micah says he is “looking forward to joining a growing company and to providing top tier customer service in the Management Consulting space. This new expansion will benefit clients by adding another layer we can service their needs to the best of our ability. The hope for this division is to provide boutique firm service and truly tackle the business needs that are specific to each client by providing candidates to best service them- from short term leave support, implementation support, and everything in between.”
With this new expansion, Roessel Joy will offer highly skilled management level accounting professionals equipped to own month & year-end close, financial reporting, and lead complex financial initiatives including ERP implementations, transaction work, and external audits.
