What is your role here at Roessel Joy?

I am a recruiting associate at Roessel Joy.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is when someone tells me their story and even in the few minutes, I’m on the phone with them, I can connect with them beyond a surface level, and they are so thankful that we are here to help them!

Why do you like working at Roessel Joy?

My favorite part about working at Roessel Joy is the people and our office environment. I love when everyone’s in the zone – there is never a dull moment.

What values drive and motivate you?

I’m deeply motivated by my family who came to America in hopes that I would have opportunities like this, I want to work my hardest every day so that I can live out their dreams.

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

The best career advice I could give is to expect the unexpected, in the best way possible. I know it’s cheesy but what’s meant for you will find you, and more importantly, surprise you!

What is one thing we should know about you that we can’t find on LinkedIn?

I love spending time with family and friends and I love to cook (but never follow a recipe…)
