Meet Chris Ehl!

Hometown: Reading, MA

Role here at Roessel Joy: I am an account manager on the Temp side of the business.

Education: Bentley University, Managerial Economics/Marketing

What are you most looking forward to in this new role?

 I am looking forward to partnering with clients to help connect them with great candidates, and get their team staffed so they can run efficiently and grow their business.

What does being a part of the Roessel Joy team mean to you?

I am proud to be a part of an up and coming business that is investing in their employees and business, and provides us with structure and incentive to grow.

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

“The secret is in the dirt” – a golf secret from Ben Hogan that means the more you practice, the better you get. In career terms, the harder you work, the more you get out of it.

What values drive and motivate you?

I am a very competitive person, and have a strong desire to be successful in all areas of life.

Outside of work, what are some of your hobbies or favorite things to do?

I enjoy golfing, crossfitting, spending time with my family, girlfriend and friends.
