What are you most looking forward to in this new role?

I’m looking forward to both helping organizations with roles in there team in addition to helping get people back to work.

What does being a part of the Roessel Joy team mean to you?

Being a part of the Roessel Joy team means a lot - I am happy that Chris and Jonas trusted me to join the team.

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

Always treat everyone as if they were your boss.

What values drive and motivate you?

Doing right by people motivates me. I came from a hospitality background so that “service” is still important to me.

Outside of work, what are some of your hobbies or favorite things to do?

Outside of work I love to travel, golf, ski, go to the beach and hang with family and friends.
