Roessel Joy Expands with NEW Enterprise Solutions Division
Roessel Joy is thrilled to announce the launch of its new division, Enterprise Solutions. This new divisional continues to expand our service offering for Roessel Joy’s client base with our continued commitment to exceptional service and customer experience. Roessel Joy Enterprise Solutions will focus on services the entire CFO suite and allow a more white glove service offering for our existing and new clients.
Heading this new division is Will Robbins-Cole, who’s been with Roessel Joy for the past three and a half years. Will started off in recruiting, then sales, and after the expansion of Roessel Joy splitting into permanent and temporary placement, Will became Division Director for the Permanent Hiring team. Through his vast experience in recruiting, sales and placing all types of positions and opportunities in finance and accounting, Will is excited to transition his work to broader capabilities.
Will says that what this new division will do for clients is to become a one-stop-shop for all staffing needs. “Where this is helpful for our clients is that we will have dedicated teams that exclusively work in these unique spaces.” He says that they will, “continue our core focus of staffing within the greater Boston area, but now with the capacity to be a marketplace leader in any and all staffing needs.”
With this new expansion, Roessel Joy will now offer clients staffing solutions for multiple roles with specialized services at a higher level, making hiring efficient and easy. Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Jonas Roessel says that “This new division in enterprise solutions is the culmination of our tireless dedication to fostering innovation and empowering businesses with the tools they need to thrive. From day 1, our Senior Vice President of PSS, Kelly Gaines-Workman has been pushing for this expansion which we couldn’t be more excited to finally be launching. In this new role with Roessel Joy, Will is looking forward to “building upon my current client base and to share the news with them that we’re able to do even more than we’ve been able to do before.
