My current role is as a Recruiting Associate here at Roessel Joy.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is the candidate’s reaction and excitement when I can get them everything they’ve asked for and more! Whether that is compensation-wise, the company culture, or a better commute logistically.

Why do you like working at Roessel Joy?

I love working at Roessel Joy because they give you all the tools you need to be successful. Everyone wants to see each other win while keeping a competitive atmosphere at the same time.

What values drive and motivate you?

What motivates me is my future. I want to be successful and have everything I could ever dream of which you can only get through hard work and dedication. My future is dependent on me.

Every person you meet is a potential door to a new opportunity, so treat everyone with respect, and talk to everyone.
