The Recruiting Legal Division will be spearheaded by Carrie B. Marcantonio, a seasoned legal staffing professional with a remarkable track record with other agencies. Carrie brings a wealth of experience to the role, having a successful background in being a litigator with focus on malpractice and liability issues on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMASS Amherst, then her JD at Suffolk University Law School, Carrie remains active as a Suffolk Law Alumni offering career advice and speaking at seminars for legal students. After working as a litigator, Carrie then shifted focus to recruiting in 2015, realizing the advantages and endless possibilities of recruiting with legal knowledge and background. Her expertise and network within the legal community will be instrumental in establishing the Recruiting Legal Division as the go-to resource for legal staffing solutions here at Roessel Joy.
