What are you most looking forward to in this new role?

I am looking forward to building on my previous experience working as a healthcare recruiter and expanding my knowledge into the accounting and finance industry. I also hope to make some new friends who can show me around the city!

What does being a part of the Roessel Joy team mean to you?

Being a part of the Roessel Joy team means going that extra mile for both the client and the candidate. From my short time here, I can already see the type of dedication and hustle recruiters put in to deliver the most qualified candidates to the client - and it’s done in a very timely manner.

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

My favorite career advice is “Progress, not perfection.” I think this is important to remember because there are going to be some bumps along the way, but as long as you are learning and growing from your past experiences, then you will see more success in the future.

What values drive and motivate you?

A value that drives me in this field of work is honesty. It is so important to be completely transparent with your candidates in order to build a trusting relationship. I am motivated by the success of my candidates which is why it is so crucial to go above and beyond to make sure individuals are being placed in the most suitable positions.

Outside of work, what are some of your hobbies or favorite things to do?

I enjoy hanging out with friends, going on walks, and watching sports.
