Olivia’s ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients alike has been instrumental in driving the success of numerous projects. Her strong work ethic, creativity, and problem-solving abilities have led her to success and we are confident that she will excel in her new role. Senior Vice President Kelly Gaines Workman says that “Olivia is more than Talent Acquisition. She is literally the Ambassador for Roessel Joy for our internal talent. With her profound expertise in Recruiting & Staffing, she adeptly portrays a precise image of our company, its opportunities, and forthcoming growth. Her contributions have proven invaluable to Roessel Joy's expansion over the past year.”
Olivia says “I am really looking forward to the continued growth of Roessel Joy, in terms of hiring individuals who will contribute to our culture and success! I am excited about the future of Talent Acquisition at Roessel Joy and the direction in which it is headed; the opportunities are limitless. It is an amazing feeling to see the footprint that I have had across the company in just my short time here so far.” She continues that “We already have the best team imaginable on all fronts of the business, but I hope to strengthen and advance what I have already accomplished! This consists of, evolving current and future partnerships with colleges and universities, our presence amongst networking, volunteering, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. I hope to help build the strongest brand possible that properly reflects everything that Roessel Joy stands by!
Olivia’s favorite thing about her role is being able to “discuss Roessel Joy to prospective new hires, whether they are college students looking for an internship, recent graduates looking for their first career opportunity or experienced individuals looking for their next career move. I also love the idea of building something from the ground up which is exactly what I have just begun to do throughout my past 1 year at Roessel Joy. I am looking forward to the endless and amazing career opportunities that lie ahead!”
In her time so far at Roessel Joy, Olivia remarks that she has “grown tremendously throughout my time at Roessel Joy! I have had the pleasure of learning not only about the business, but also how to build a strong company culture that embodies several initiatives that Roessel Joy holds a high standard to. As the company continues to grow, there will be many more learning opportunities and initiatives to explore. We are only just getting started and I am excited to see what the future had in store!”
