Michaela says “This new role will allow me to work with clients and candidates and take on more leadership with helping our team hit our monthly and quarterly goals while streamlining our recruiting processes. Michaela notes that her favorite thing about her job is “taking the goals and aspirations of candidates that may seem unattainable and hard to reach and make those goals a reality. In my roles at Roessel Joy I’ve had the opportunity to really grow into my aspirations as well with building confidence in not only my technical accounting literacy and confidence in the job market, but my expertise and ability to be a resource and mentor to others. Having a deep understanding of client and candidate needs has allowed me improve as a recruiter and has allowed me to be a resource for helping candidates and my team.”
