What is your role here at Roessel Joy?

I’m an Account Manager here at Roessel Joy. It is my job to create and maintain relationships with clients and companies located in Massachusetts, primarily within the Greater Boston area. Account manager and recruiters work very closely with each other to ensure that the candidate is well prepared for interviews and have a smooth transition into their new position and career path.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

It always feels good to work with others with a common goal. There are an endless number of companies in the area that have a need that Roessel Joy can fulfill. The opportunity to be able to be the facilitator in these companies meeting their needs is a great feeling.

Why do you like working at Roessel Joy?

Aside from the closeness of the RJ team in a social sense, the team always encourages one another to strive for excellence across the board.

What values drive and motivate you?

Roessel Joy is a young and growing company that has plenty of room for advancement. To see how some of my colleagues have grown is really inspiring. The shared competitiveness at the office always keeps me wanting to get better.

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

My favorite piece of career advice is to always push yourself out of your comfort zone. Putting yourself in such a position will be the most beneficial for growth and advancement.

What is one thing we should know about you that we can’t find on LinkedIn?

I’m really big into physical fitness, from the gym to going on hikes with my three dogs!
