Meet the Team: Charlotte Barry

For this week’s Spotlight, we spoke with Charlotte Barry to learn more about her role at Roessel Joy and what she loves about it.

What is your role?

My role is a Recruiting Associate, and I work alongside candidates to help get them the job they want.

 What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is landing people an opportunity that they may have not found otherwise. It is a really gratifying experience and I am very lucky to be able to play a part in it.

Why do you like working at Roessel Joy?

I love the culture! Coming into work every day is a joy and being greeted by all my wonderful and supportive colleagues is the best way to start my mornings.  

What values drive and motivate you?

I really enjoy learning and coming up with creative and innovative ways to improve something or make something new. I also love being a part of a team and believe that collaboration is critical. 

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

Do not be afraid to try something new or ask for help. Always stay curious, you are never done learning!

What is one thing we should know about you that we can’t find on LinkedIn?

I love to play tennis and spending time with my friends and family. I also love music, so you can always find me creating new Spotify playlists. You may not believe it, but my favorite music genre is classic rock!
