Meet the Team: Dave Azzariti

For this week’s Spotlight, we spoke with Dave Azzariti to learn more about his role at Roessel Joy and what he loves about it.

What is your role?

I am a Recruiting Associate at Roessel Joy…need a job?!

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

My favorite part about recruiting is the excitement that comes from a candidate once they get an offer. It’s so nice to see the work I’m doing helping people better their lives!

Why do you like working at Roessel Joy?

I love how everyone that works at Roessel Joy is easy to get along with. Since my first day, I never felt like the new guy! Everyone is so welcoming.

What values drive and motivate you?

Success motivates me! Seeing results from my work is very satisfying.

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

If you’re not happy…change something. Growth only happens outside of your comfort zone, so don’t just stay in a position because you’re afraid of change.

What is one thing we should know about you that we can’t find on LinkedIn?

I love to cook & bake. I’m always in the kitchen!
