Meet the Team: Peyton Schiff

For this week’s Spotlight, we spoke with Peyton Schiff to learn more about his role at Roessel Joy and what he loves about it.

What is your role?

I am an Account Manager. My job is to provide service for existing clients as well as creating new relationships with companies in the greater Boston area. Working closely with the recruiting team, we do everything we can to help candidates prepare for interviews and progressing their careers.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

It is a very satisfying feeling to work alongside the recruiting team. I always know the best candidates will be in front of the company I represent from the initial conversation to an employee starting their first day, it is a team effort.

Why do you like working at Roessel Joy?

Besides our close-knit team, I truly stand behind the services we provide. Our job doesn’t stop after a placement. With routine follow up, we strive for long-term relationships with our clients and candidates.

What values drive and motivate you?

Honesty should always be the base. Not only with people you work with, but also with yourself. When it comes to motivation, tenacity is key. The ability to understand that life has ups and downs, yet able to continue to grow and learn is important.

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

Love yourself and believe in what you do. Stay hungry in any pursuit, and never stop asking questions.

What is one thing we should know about you that we can’t find on LinkedIn?

Growing up in Western MA, I am a country guy at heart. Anything outdoors, is where I want to be.
