Meet the Team: Jacqui Basile

For this week’s Spotlight, we spoke with Jacqui Basile to learn more about her role at Roessel Joy and what she loves about it.

What is your role?

My role at Roessel Joy is the Operations and Recruiting Associate.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is working in an all-encompassing role. My days are always changing depending on the needs from operations or recruiting teams - never a dull moment!

Why do you like working at Roessel Joy?

I enjoy working at Roessel Joy because of the family environment, working with a startup is rewarding and unique, everyone works hard and motivates each other instead of an unhealthy corporate environment.

What values drive and motivate you?

I value compassion, hard work, and creativity.

What is your favorite piece of career advice?

My favorite piece of career advice is “you have 30 seconds to entice an individual” and to always be a team player but never lose sight of who you really are as a person.

What is one thing we should know about you that we can’t find on LinkedIn?

I love running on the beach with my dog, traveling to new places, ice skating, sailing with friends, and spending time with my family.
